Today, the Cincinnati Business Courier released this year’s Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work list. For the seventh consecutive year, Prolink has been named a BPTW finalist.
The annual award program highlights companies in the tristate area who prioritize employee engagement.
This year’s survey asked staff members to rate their companies on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Connection with management
- Transparency
- Potential for growth
- Strength of benefits
This year’s group of finalists is comprised of 68 companies, which will be sorted into 5 categories based on workforce size at the awards ceremony. The ceremony will be held on October 17th at the Xavier Cintas Center to honor the full group and announce winners of each category.
