Cincinnati, Ohio—ProLink Staffing, one of the fastest-growing, national talent acquisition and management agencies in the country as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, announced a restructure to its financial leadership team.

The company named Kurt Krebs, formerly of Ultimus Fund Solutions and HORAN, as its new CFO. Mark Arnett, who has served as ProLink’s CFO for over three years, has stepped into the newly created role of Vice President, New Business Ventures. Mr. Arnett will concentrate on identifying and vetting new acquisition and vertical expansion opportunities.

Tony Munafo, ProLink CEO and founding partner, commented on the transition, “As ProLink approaches $100 million in revenue, we enter a new and critical transformational period for the company. Up to this point, we have leaned heavily on our incredible sales and recruitment teams to expand the business. Mr. Krebs comes to ProLink with more than 23 years of total experience in accounting and finance with 9 of those years serving in the role of CFO at Ultimus and previously at HORAN. Prior to HORAN, he spent 8 years in the Wealth and Asset Management Division at Fifth Third Bank after starting his career with the Assurance practice at Ernst & Young.
