ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Recruit and place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory 
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors 
  • Determine requisition requirements by working closely with Department and Account Management team for open positions 
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites, networking, etc.
  • Full phone screen, conduct reference checks, and interview all candidates for open positions
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • 1-2 years Recruiting experience 
  • Experience working in a team environment 

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all external employees 
  • Some travel required 
  • Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks 
  • Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience 
  • Works under general supervision; resolves routine questions alone and complex questions with supervision
