ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Research, develop, launch, and execute overall brand strategies to drive business growth and customer experience improvement opportunities throughout ProLink’s major target audiences

•Provide creative direction and oversight of visual and audio content to ensure tone and messaging is consistent with brand•Provide creative direction and execute written communication and messaging assets as needed

•Collaborate with various internal departments on key brand development objectives, including Sales, HR, Talent Acquisition, etc.

•Create and manage yearly marketing calendar and promotions

•Ensure branding and brand message is consistent across all platforms

•Assist development of assets for tradeshows as needed•Identify and execute video asset opportunities to help identify brand and support sales•Support ongoing website design, user experience, development, and functionality

•Collaborate with developers and manage website projects to improve website performance as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•Experience in the staffing industry

•Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement•Experience with marketing automation, omni channel, and CRM tools

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s Degree in related field required

•5+ years’ experience in managing brand, marketing, content, social media, or related field

•Demonstrated experience developing marketing plans and campaigns that focus on brand and marketing communications

•Strong project management with ability to effectively manage time, multitasking, and prioritize

•Ability to work independently and prioritize task; has a strong organizational and problem-solving skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both upward and downward, peer and external teams

•Being able to delegate tasks and responsibilities with individuals and follow up on deadlines with colleagues and management

•Understanding of UX

•Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.)

•Understanding of meta data, keywords, tagging standards, and SEO

•Experience managing and working closely with agency teams

•Ability to operate with a sense of urgency

•Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

•Ability to work in a team environment

•Organized, accurate and detailed oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills

•Potential limited travel required
