ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Study design requests and determine requirements
• Develop PowerPoint design templates
• Work closely with sales team and other departments to design presentations for external and internal audiences
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with the marketing team to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Ars, or related field
• Experience in the Staffing Industry
• Experience working in a team environment
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates Degree in Design, Fine Ars, or related field
• 3-5 years of Marketing experience
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professional integrity and expectation to be accountable
• Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of change
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Results and deadline-driven
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people as well as independently
• Ability to Travel as needed
• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
