Role Type: Recruiter


  • Manage and train Recruiter Team Lead(s) to ensure effective training and development of recruiters.
  • Work closely with Director of Recruitment and Client Relationship Managers to ensure requisitions areprioritized andfilledtimely.
  • Lead requisition meetings and build outsourcing strategies.•Partnerwith Talent Acquisition on quarterly hiring plansand interviewing process.
  • Facilitate recruiter shadows, note reviews, deep dives, check-ins, weekly one on onesand recruiter accelerator program.
  • Evaluate Recruiters' performance, conduct performance reviews and administer performance plans.
  • Provide worldclass customer service to our clients and contractors.•Meetweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metricsto be determined by the employee and the manager


  • RecruitingManager or SalesManagerexperience within the Staffing Industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with corresponding experience


  • 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • 2 years of experienceina Recruiting or Sales role.
