ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible for managing day to day functions of the team

•Must manage contingent work force to volume

•Oversee all payroll tax operations where applicable

•Continuously develop team memberswith the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output

•Ensure timely payroll processing on a weekly basis

•Provide world class customer service with external talent and/or clients

•Partner with Systems Admin for testing on new configurations

•Continuous improvement of payroll processes

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

•Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience

•2 -4 years of Payroll Management Experience

•Experience working in multi-state payroll

•Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

•Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees

•Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks

•Candidates must possess the following characteristics and traits; leadership, motivation, detail-oriented, integrity and perseverance

PREFERRED QUALIFTICATION

•Experienceworking within the staffing industry

•Managed large team of 10 or more direct reports

•Workday Experience
