ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Administration

  • Collaborate with Operational Leaders to facilitate onboarding of new clients and external talent
  • Implement internal processes to complete clinical licensure and client-specific credentialing
  • Assist with clinical guidance at implementation of new clients
  • Oversee regulations and regulatory process to implement relevant client requirements and guide ProLink policy roll out

External Talent Performance Management

  • Evaluate external talent performance and determine ability to hire or redirect
  • Collaborate with other departments to support external talent needs for testing, client, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Provide internal leadership with information on external talent performance

Client Clinical Leader Partnership

  • Serve as a resource for operations needing clinical support and guidance
  • Maintain Clinical Leader relationship for dedicated group of current clients
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with sales teamfor dedicatedgroup of clients

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Healthcare Staffing experience or hiring experience
  • Regulatory experience
  • 1-2 years of compliance experience

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Holds an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 3- 5 years of Clinical Management Experience, with Supervision of Registered Nurses
  • Quality improvement or process improvement experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
