ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support in person, by telephone and email.
  • Configure laptops/workstations for corporate associates which then all equipment would be shipped to them.
  • Help with the Return of previous employees’equipment and setting back up for redeployment
  • Perform software/hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to user questions.
  • Track and update open tickets and/or escalate problems.
  • Install hardware and software including operating system and office applications.
  • Administration of Azure Active Directory -create users, groups, update user access, disable (or occasionally delete) user accounts.
  • VOIP Phone system support
  • Setup users and account for different SAAS Applications

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • A professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills and critical/creative problem-solving skills, self-motivated individual
  • Ability to interact with clients, coworkers, leadership teams, and departments in a positive and professional manner
  • Personal character in accordance with company’s core values.
  • Experience in the installation and support of hardware and software.
  • At least4 years of previous experience in computer operations, hardware, helpdesk, and deskside support.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint and Teams

PREFERRED QUALIFTICATION

  • Experience in the staffing industry
