Role Type: Coordinator

Must live on the West Coast or be willing to work PST


  • Assist in the management of his/her large accounts tied to the division
  • Travel to established large accounts within the division to create and maintain manager relationships on site
  • Qualify requisitions within the division
  • Manage all outgoing submissions tied to Account Manager
  • Divisional and Account related reporting duties
  • Manage timecard approvals with managers on site for accuracy and timeliness
  • Interview candidates via the phone and in person. Coordination of prospective candidates throughout the engagement process for Recruiters in each of ProLink’s operating companies. Participate with onsite interviews at ProLink customers.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics


  • 1 years Recruiting experience
  • Experience working in a team environment


  • Ensures outstanding customer service for allexternal employees
  • Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
  • Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience
  • Works under general supervision; resolves complex questions
