ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Standardizing data in the CRM
  • Maintain CRM systems for quality and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Audit data regularly to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Perform mass data imports in CRM systems using data transformation tools and perform manual or automated data entry/data clean up as required
  • Evaluate existing business processes, data needs, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and consistency in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and perform root cause analysis on errors in integrations between CRM and other applications
  • Write test cases for User Acceptance Testing and provide testing support
  • Collaborate with Training team on delivering training to end users
  • Assist in strategic projects with technology integration by analyzing existing processes, identifying process improvements, and working with system and business owners to implement

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5+ years of similar responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Math, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)

  • Identify and analyze trends in large sets of data with a high level of understanding
  • Ability to stay organized and deliver high quality work, paying close attention to details
  • Can use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Must be able to produce quality and accurate work under pressure of tight deadlines
  • Able recognize and fix errors with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to initiate tasks, perform duties, respond to inquiries, and think independently without direction or supervision
  • Can easily prepare and deliver data in a visual format
  • Able to think critically when faced with a problem or task
  • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and time constraints
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-look ups, macros, and advanced formulas
