ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication&Collaboration

  • Partner with CRMs and their Clients to ensure job orders are published with accuracy within the VMS daily
  • Work with CRMs to communicate status updates to clients and fulfillment team surrounding interviews, offers and acceptances
  • Collaborate with the compliance team managers to ensure talent credentials are uploaded and verified in the VMS prior to the candidate’s start date
  • Work with the VMS time entry team to verify on a weekly basis any time integration errors or billing issues that need action to resolve by Client.

Reporting

  • Ensure accuracy within the VMS by entering real time fulfillment data daily
  • Confirm bill rate accuracy prior to onboarding candidates in the VMS and make corrections if necessary
  • Pull reports on a weekly basis to review with CRM and check and verify that all data in the system is accurate
  • Audit reports within the VMS tool that shows overall performance of the MSP program and notify leadership of any trends within the client candidate’s start date

Organization

  • Check and verify that all candidates are applied to positions within the VMS at time of recruiter submittal
  • Work with the VMS time entry team to verify on a weekly basis any time integration errors or billing issues that need action to resolve by Client

SKILLS AND ABILITES

  • Able to identify and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION 

  • One year of experience in a project coordinator role.
  • Some post-secondary formal education.
  • Demonstrates proficient to expert level of competency with new technology.
  • Able to identify and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Self-driven and accountable to established deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience working on a team to achieve common goals
  • Possess the following characteristics and traits: attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, motivation, integrity, and perseverance

PREFERRED QUALIFTICATION 

  • •One year of experience in a project management role
  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •Experience with a Vendor Management System
