ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Work with Audit Manager to determine scope of audit needs and requests
  • Obtain raw data from multiple sources to compile audit workbooks
  • Analyze and evaluate data to ensure accuracy between our internal systems and third-party systems
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders via various communication channels to assist in meeting audit objectives
  • Apply knowledge base and critical thinking skills to assess the cross-departmental effects of rate changes and corrections

Communication and Reporting

  • Prepare and present reports that clearly reflect the audit results
  • Comfortable drawing conclusions from ambiguous data collection
  • Communicate findings to all interested parties to provide full resolution for best data integrity
  • Identify and report trends to leadership based on audit metrics
  • Document the audit process and results to aid in reporting

Follow up and Collaboration

  • Strive to continuously develop knowledge about the business sector regarding rules, regulations, best practices, techniques, and performance standards
  • Function asa SME on ProLink’s internal systems and processes
  • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to follow up on update audit findings and improve on the audit process
  • Proactively develop new audits as needs arise
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course work and two plus years of professional experience.
  • Superior critical thinking skills
  • Strong professional acumen and communication skills
  • Strong experience with using Excel to analyze data
  • Comfortable drawing conclusions from ambiguous data
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn to use a variety of other business and technical programs
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity while managing confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
  • Proven problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
  • Manage workload and shift priorities to complete assigned tasks within time constraints

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Previous staffing industry experience
  • Experience working both independently and in a team environment
