Role Type: Operations


  • Qualify and prioritize direct placement requisitions across ProLink
  • Work in collaboration with Direct Placement Manager on new order intake, business qualification, and client onboarding
  • Understand the long-term goals of our clients and talent to guarantee successful job matching
  • Assess client culture to align the right talent to the right organization
  • Identify and communicate fulfillment timelines to client and appropriate internal leadership
  • Hold weekly calls and/or on-site visits with all existing Direct Placement clients to discuss fulfillment strategies and updates
  • Update applicant tracking system to approve placements, update job descriptions and organize appropriate client documents
  • 15% travel to client sites and candidate interviews required


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 – 2 years of Direct Placement experience


  • Demonstrated ability and experience leading and motivating a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting/sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience recruiting or selling for permanent placements
