ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure world-class performance and growth for all assigned accountsthrough collaboration with Sales and Recruiting Managers
  • Build relationships, qualify requisitions, and conduct performance reviews
  • Place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory
  • Work closely with management team on developing new process, procedures and employee development within division
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Sales experience within the Staffing Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree with corresponding experience

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or sales experience
  • Some travel required
  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all external employees
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Results and deadline-driven
  • Possess the following characteristics and traits: leadership, motivation, sales ability, integrity and perseverance
  • Must live in Hawaii
