ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Work closely with Sr. manager of Transformation to support management project intake/pipeline
- Support coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the outstanding execution of multiple projects
- Support Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks with projects
- Support creation and maintenance comprehensive project documentation support coordination of project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skillsets, and experience levels
- Support development of comprehensive project updates to be shared at various levels of organization management
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to as needed
Problem Solving & Decision Making
- The ability to work collaboratively and be comfortable with competing priorities and minimal oversight
- Research, gather, and analyze data as needed related to business processes/projects
- Support system testing and validation as needed
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Develop process documentation and SOPs
Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate meeting coordination and maintenance.
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
- 3+ years of proven experience in supporting project management and functioning as a business analyst
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including diligence and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Experience in CRM, ATS and ERP systems (i.e.: Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics, Power BI)
- Lean Six Sigma certification/experience a plus
- Agile project management experience a plus
- Experience using SmartSheet a plus
- Experience in staffing industry a plus
- Technical writing experience a plus
