ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Place contract, contract to hire, and direct placement professionals across territory
  • Manage recruiters in division to ensure they are meeting metrics and receiving career development needed in order to be successful
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and contractors
  • Responsible for new business development
  • Saturate territory for division by meeting and working with new clients that can utilize ProLink’s services
  • Work closely with executive management team on developing new process, procedures and employee development within division and across all operating companies
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics
  • On call, after hours contact for accounts in the division

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years Recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Experience working in a team environment

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 months recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all external employees
  • Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
  • Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience
  • Works under general supervision; resolves complex questions
