ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive

  • Must be able to lead in-person and hybrid training in the Cincinnati office
  • Virtual delivery and facilitation of group and individual instruction and training covering a range of job-specific, technical, and operational areas
  • Ownership of specific learning program responsibilities
  • Assign and collect participant pre-work exercises and gathering results for presentation

Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Provides expert adviceon training methods and platforms and facilitation engagement
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in adult learning and engagement theories
  • Develop training curriculum and the delivery of enterprise-wide training related to but not limited to, onboarding, orientation, development,and compliance
  • Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods utilizing the knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods (group instruction, individual training/shadowing, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, workshops)
  • Work with Instructional Designer to develop training aids, manuals/participant guides, facilitator guides, handouts
  • Work with department leadershipto evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilize relevant data to revise or recommend changes in objectives and content
  • Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals and departments to help employees improve or enhance existing skills
  • Send Survey Requests for all learning programs with instructions
  • Continuous Improvement of learning programs

Communication & Collaboration

  • Partners with key stakeholdersto understand training needs and recommend best content and delivery methods to develop an engaging training program
  • Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver training programs
    • Email program details including, but not limited to, agendas, instructions, and expectations
    • Create and send invites for training sessions
    • Schedule and coordinate Subject Matter Experts and Guest Speakers
  • Communicate participant feedback to appropriate supervisors and/or managers
  • Review feedbackwith L&D department leadership; make necessary changes to trainings based off results

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 + years developing and delivering training
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Historyof taking a consultative approach to designing, developing,and delivering innovative training programs
  • Experiencein building engaging training and adoption techniques
  • Experience with various virtual training platforms
  • Experience delivering and assessing virtual and in-person training programs
  • Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees
  • Some travel required
  • Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Master’s Degree
  • Full understanding of third-partysales and recruiting
  • Recruiting and staffing experience preferred
  • Training experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
