ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and deliver organizational change management strategies/solutions for moderate to complex enterprise initiatives.
- Serve as facilitator and active, visible change consultant, coach and collaborate with project teams, initiative sponsors, management, and business unit stakeholders
- Conduct strategic workshops to identify stakeholder groups, leading to engaging stakeholders and consumers of change to assess needs and determine implementation strategies
- Facilitate organizational readiness assessments and create and execute change management plans
- Define and develop best practices, methodologies and/or tools to support the organization, design, communication, and implementation of work. May also develop training materials, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to the IT or Operations thought leadership program and activities.
- Customize plans and processes, according to needs, that project teams can use to manage communications related to their project in a consistent and effective way.
- Evaluate and measure effectiveness of internal communications, engagement, and training plans on assigned projects
- Guide and coordinate the completion of communication deliverables according to change plans
- Create and management measurement systems using targets and key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual and enterprise changes.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps to develop, recommend and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with project managers, team leaders, business SMEs and support partners to plan, manage and communicate a change program and roadmap for the length of each implementation
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of organizational change management experience; equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Significant experience applying organizational change management methodologies, processes and tools across enterprise-wide transformation, project and org impact assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications planning and execution and training needs assessment.
- Experience in managing projects from creation through execution and evaluation
- Effective in exercising initiative, producing desired results, and achieving objectives
- Effective in translating information and developing insights
- Effective in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management
- Proactive self-starter, effective in both team and individual contributor settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on facilitation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Experience and knowledge of organization design, culture change and people performance
- Clinical and hospital operations acumen
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) a plus
- Excellent project management skills and PMP certification a plus
