Problem Solving & Decision Making

  •  Support the Corporate Development Team and Prolink executives to develop a strategic plan for acquisition opportunities
  • Assist with the sourcing of acquisitions through market analysis, trends within the industry, new geographical opportunities, and new technologies that align with the Corporate Development Team’s strategy
  • With the CSO and CGO, research and establish relationships with investment bankers, other industry analysts, and potential targets
  • Review due diligence for potential businesses and prepare valuation analysis and reporting, including: proformas, in-depth financial models, and analysis of industry/financial trends

Communicate & Collaborate

  • Develop and maintain internal database for tracking all active, inactive, and closed deals
  • Prepare presentations and financial reports as needed for leadership and board review
  • Assist internal leadership in the implementation of closed deals as needed
  • Develop and maintain internal database for post-acquisition implementation activities


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
  • 3+ years of corporate development, strategic finance, or consulting experience 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes
  • Excellent organization and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong networking and negotiating skills


  • Experience in the staffing industry
