ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Support the Corporate Development Team and Prolink executives to develop a strategic plan for acquisition opportunities
- Assist with the sourcing of acquisitions through market analysis, trends within the industry, new geographical opportunities, and new technologies that align with the Corporate Development Team’s strategy
- With the CSO and CGO, research and establish relationships with investment bankers, other industry analysts, and potential targets
- Review due diligence for potential businesses and prepare valuation analysis and reporting, including: proformas, in-depth financial models, and analysis of industry/financial trends
Communicate & Collaborate
- Develop and maintain internal database for tracking all active, inactive, and closed deals
- Prepare presentations and financial reports as needed for leadership and board review
- Assist internal leadership in the implementation of closed deals as needed
- Develop and maintain internal database for post-acquisition implementation activities
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
- 3+ years of corporate development, strategic finance, or consulting experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprehensive knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes
- Excellent organization and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong networking and negotiating skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Experience in the staffing industry
