ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive
- Strategic thinking on methods to influence and call to action groups through our platforms
- Maintaining and growing our brand narrative with new/fresh ways to explain our mission and USP
- Drafting new business cases to attract clients; working with sales to highlight results
- Use Prolink brand to engage external talent and connect with new opportunities and programs
Innovative & Creative Mindset
- The senior copywriter's duties include creating original copy for campaigns, articles, blogs, emails, press releases, web copy, ads, broadcast, scripts, sales presentations, and other writing needs across all platforms
- Writing new content for high-stakes sales presentations; working with sales to articulate our point of view
- Drafting new marketing slicks as lines of business or services evolve
- Create communication for talent-specific events, development sessions, and otherengagement/presentation needs
- Developing headlines and CTAs that garner attention
- Researching relevant industry topics to identify new content
- Editing and fact-checking content created by junior writers
- Using SEO practices to optimize content
- Collaborating with designers to develop visuals
- Interviewing clients and experts to generate creative ideas
- Producing and publishing articles that market ProLink and our services/lines of business
Communication& Collaboration
- Edit original content for marketing activities and create attractiveheadlines, and marketing hooks.
- Works closely with ProLink’s Social Media, Brand, Events teams, National Sales, and Executives, to develop content that helps to attract and retain the talent we place at client locations as well as to help attract new client leads and retain current clients
- Working with sales to help them present compelling quarterly review presentations
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree journalism, marketing/communications, creative writing,or other related degree
- 6+years of experience in any of the following areas: creative writing, content development or pursuits; preferably within a professional service firm or advertising agency
- Experience conceptualizing, writing and reviewing highly creative executive summaries, scripts, promotional materials and other story telling needs tailored to influencing clients and customers is preferred
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities –specifically in narrative storytelling
- Confident working in fast-paced, time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues
- Experience working with SEO data and tailoring keywords/content accordingly
- Creative thinker and writerto be able to influence and develop call to action for targeted audiences
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning
- Working with a large and highly collaborative teamin an ever-growingdynamic environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Visual design abilities –particularly in PowerPoint
- A portfolio of published content
- Staffing experience
