ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare pre-employment paperwork

• Collect and maintain Onboarding documentation for all external employees, including I-9 verification, copies of ID’s, immunization records and certifications

• Complete drug testing and background check Onboarding

• Orient new employees to company benefits

• Handle confidential information on a regular basis such as pay and other personnel related issues

• Responsible for complete Onboarding prior to an employee beginning a scheduled assignment

• Responsible for monitoring Onboarding throughout the entire length of the employee’s assignment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• HR and/or Onboarding related experience

• Experience in healthcare

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates Degree in business, human resources, accounting or relevant field, or equivalent combination of experience and education

• Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees

• Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to professionally manage sensitive and confidential information

• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks

• Normal working conditions which require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity

• Must be able to perform Onboarding duties work across multiple divisions
