ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the daily activities of the collections team
• Ensure all aged accounts are being worked by team per the weekly schedule
• Weekly reporting on team metrics and performance
• Customer service with clients
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Staffing Industry experience
• Experience working in a team environment
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Accounting
• 3-5 years of management, AR
• Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees
• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
