ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for identifying prospects, securing business opportunities, and onboarding new clients within a geographic territory
• Develop an understanding of client needs and clearly communicate ProLink’s talent and value proposition
• Conduct thorough territory review and game plan for designated territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects
• Assist business development efforts for RFI & RFP opportunities
• Manage communication between client and ProLink
• Guide & assist in all contract negotiations and execution
• Successfully transition new clients to the Client Relationship Managers
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1-2 years of experience in the staffing industry
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience selling into accounts
• Must possess a proven track record of developing new sales pipelines and be able to leverage existing network of contacts
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Some travel expected
