ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source, screen, and submit nursing talent for direct placement positions in healthcare settings across the country
• Review and analyze candidates’ experience using our Applicant Tracking System
• Post open jobs on job boards; advertise available positions via email and text message
• Contact qualified talent to discuss potential job opportunities; hold phone interviews with talent to determine their
qualifications
• Understand candidates’ long-term career goals, skillset, and personality to accurately match with our clients
• Build pipeline of nursing skillsets through ongoing networking, social media, and referrals
• Research and understand our clients’ communities to be able to sell talent on possible relocation
• Conduct references, verify licensure and any other required certifications
• Prepare talent for job interviews with our client
• Provide exemplary customer service to our talent
• Participate in on-site client meetings, as requested
• 15% travel to client sites and candidate interviews required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years Recruiting experience
• Experience working in a team environment
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Ensures outstanding customer service for all external employees
• Some travel required
• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
• Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience
• Works under general supervision; resolves routine questions alone and complex questions with supervision
