The
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Working with inpatient and community based programs
- Providing supervision for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Developing behavior support and treatment plans, providing staff and caregiver training, and monitoring programs
- Providing clients with interventions to manage behavior and/or advances acceptable social and self-care skills
Minimum Qualifications:- Masters Degree in Human Services or health-related field
- Possess and maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst designation through the national certification body
- Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred
