Long Term Acute Care LPN job in San Diego, CA
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the care of patients who required extended medical care in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
They will be responsible for the assesment, intervention and monitoring of patient conditions, checking syptoms and vital signs and developing ongoing care plans.
Our client may require the following: prior experience in an LTAC setting, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS.
