Job Description and Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple teams as needed – capable of working independently. The mornings are busier than the afternoon.
- General office/reception – greet visitors, daily mail distribution, organization/filing.
- Account support (collections, invoicing, project documents)
- Customer service, project entry, scheduling – scheduling of employees for service calls (will also run the daily activity report for employees). Phone calls are service calls from existing customers 50% of the time. Others will be directing them to the proper extension. Can expect 10-20 calls per day.
- Putting together binders, submittals (gather info), and proposals
- Project documents: putting addresses on warranty statements and getting them signed. Scanning and sending documents including lean waivers. These will be from templates.
- Auditing & editing timesheets assigned for each project
