Job Description: Support all on the line trials and changes. At times this will include training associates on assembly processes and/or Implementing new workstation improvements. Analyze data to find opportunities for improvement. Lean Six Sigma Improvement Idea creation and implementation.
Evaluation of new/existing processes to countermeasure and reduce loss.
Creative workstation design to improve manpower efficiency.
Continuous auditing of processes for accurate information related to Operations Standard, Part Delivery, M.O.S.T. Information (Open to someone that does not have it but would like them to get it if possible)
Development of Schedule for project improvements (Standard Action Plan). Maintain schedule and follow through.
Communication meeting with group members, production, and management.
Project support for all items impacting Automotive Frame Assembly and Assembly Process.
Perform time estimates, equipment loads, and develop standard operation standards.
Assists lineside as needed if problems arise
Coordinate with logistics to improve efficiency with parts delivery and packaging.
Works closely with production, new model, and other engineering departments to ensure a balanced process occurs.
Create Pivot Tables to analyze discrepancies in large data tables.
Create PowerPoint documents to plan, track and present results of projects to management.
Strong communication skills (written and oral)

M.O.S.T Certification (not a must for of a want).
Assembly manufacturing knowledge and experience.
Statistical analysis skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and people. Proven ability to lead cost down projects and initiate activity.
Understanding of workstation design and improvement.
