**Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Cincinnati, OH a few times a month - position is not 100% remote**

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute ProLink’s organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Own the content calendar, processes, and plans, ensuring consistency across company platforms.
  • Identify online trends, emerging memes, cultural conversations, and influencers for engagement optimization.
  • Implement our internal process for hot job requests and create paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Maintain target audience lists.
  • Engage with ProLink’s internal talent via communication channels.

Collaboration * Partner with key stakeholders to generate and publish high-quality social media content to a variety of platforms based on the firm’s needs including, but not limited to originally created carousels and standalone graphics, stories, video content, user-generated content, and more.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working under tight deadlines. 
  • Proven record of developing and executing campaigns and initiatives with measurable results. 
  • Proficiency in social media publishing and engagement. 
  • Proven understanding of the social landscape, platform best practices, and a clear grasp of consumers’ social media behaviors. 
  • Ability to reprioritize and adapt to changing demands of the business. 
  • Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • 2+ years of experience working in social media or have a marketing degree.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and relevant editing tools/apps.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to reprioritize and adapt to the changing demands of the business.
  • Limited experience using Canva or alternative design tools.
  • Experience creating paid ads on Facebook & Instagram is a plus!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience filming, editing, and posting short videos for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels.
  • Knowledge of how to create paid ads on Facebook & Instagram is a plus!
