ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
• Help key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents, serving as the liaison between them and the CEO
• Remain well-informed with industry knowledge/trends
• Arrange corporate travel (specific to the CEO and anything directly related to the CEO) and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
• Successfully complete critical deliverables with exceptional project management abilities
• Organize and maintain confidential records and communication
• Manage an active calendar of appointments; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
• Serve as the “gatekeeper” for access to the CEO ensuring his/her schedule is followed and respected
• Email, LinkedIn, and voicemail support and monitoring for the CEO
• Record notes for select meetings the CEO attends and/or facilitates
• Collect and distribute the CEO’s mail, ensuring critical items receive proper attention
• Assist CEO with select written communications (both internal and external)
• Compile and organize business and personal expenses, invoices, and other financial statements
• Assist CEO with personal responsibilities and needs when required
• Handle personal and business information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Recruiting or Staffing Industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Accounting (or equal experience)
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience supporting a Senior level manager
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong sense of urgency and prioritizing
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Past success working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
• Strong computer (MAC & PC) and Microsoft Office skills
• The ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
• The ability to be adaptable to various competing demands
