The Prolink Rose Award

What is ROSE?

ROSE is an acronym for Recognition of Service Excellence. This program is designed to honor and celebrate the extraordinary care and compassion given by Prolink’s allied staff. This award is intended to reward Prolink clinical travelers outside of nursing (RN or LPN/LVN) for their achievements. 
Those eligible for nomination include:

  • Respiratory, Physical, and Occupational Therapists
  • Imaging and Surgical Technologists
  • Speech Language Pathologists
  • Psychologists
  • Phlebotomists
  • Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA)
  • Medical Lab Technologists
     

Who should be nominated?

Every ROSE has PETALS that speak to Prolink’s core values.

  • Patient advocate: puts people, especially patients and their families, first (Family First)
  • Empathetic: is motivated and guided by compassion (Linked by Empathy)
  • Trustworthy: acts in patients’, families’, and/or peers’ best interest, turning negatives into positives (Energy Positive)
  • Attention to detail: exceeds at meeting patients, families, and/or peers’ expectations (Here We Grow)
  • Leadership skills: is an organized critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and educate their peers (Start Smart)
  • Steadfast: keeps calm in chaos and acts as a leader (Keep Calm and Power On)

Who can nominate a Prolink clinician?

Nominations can be made by Prolink employees, clients, and talent on assignment.  To nominate a clinician that meets the criteria and goes above and beyond their job responsibilities, click the button below.

What happens after a nomination is received?

  • Prolink’s ROSE Committee will vet the nominees and select a winner.  
  • The winner will be recognized on Prolink’s social media page(s).  
  • The winner will also be given a certificate along with a ROSE plaque. 
  • Winners may be recognized on site at their facility by the Prolink team and their colleagues (or virtually depending on where the winner is located).

What makes ROSE significant?

Prolink’s ROSE award was established in 2023 but is used in hospitals all over the world to recognize clinical personnel for going above and beyond in their role.

The ROSE award:

  • Is based on the DAISY award and is Prolink’s highest honor for allied staff.
  • Recognizes travelers in 80+ hospital systems across the United States.
