ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the outstanding execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring business feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues or concerns to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Facilitate timely communication amongst key collaborators, stakeholders and leadership
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- The ability to work collaboratively and be comfortable with competing priorities and minimal oversight
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with upper management as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Project Manager - Operations:
- Possess or willing to obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in CRM, ATS and ERP systems (i.e.: Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics, Power BI)
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Agile and/or Scrum certification
- Managed start-ups for a Project Management Office (PMO) from scratch
Project Manager - Technical:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Visio and / or Lucid Chart
- Seasoned Leader of Business Application projects
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Jira and / or Azure services
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Project Manager - Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5- 7 years of proven experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management software tools
Project Manager - Technical:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5- 7 years of proven experience in project management
- PMP Certification
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Minimum 3 years of project delivery experience
- 3 or more years of leading cross functional resources and business leaders or stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM application and Microsoft Dynamics System
- Working with complex work with stakeholders
