ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the continuous improvement of payroll processes
• Development of the team members with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output
• Maintenance and implementation of the payroll system for all ProLink operating companies
• Develop and oversee payroll policies and procedures to meet business needs
• Ensure timely payroll processing on a weekly basis
• Develop strategy around organizational alignment
• Responsibility for Internal Payroll
• Develop strategy surrounding technology evolution
• Reconcile payroll accounts at month end
• Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential on company’s current plan
 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Proficient in Workday
• Experience working in a team environment
 

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree or relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in managing large teams
• 2 years of experience in the staffing industry
• Experience working in multi-state payroll
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Ensures outstanding customer service for all employees
• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks
