The Transitional Care Unit RN is responsible for the care of patients who required extended medical care and are gaining the strengths and skills needed to return home.
They will be responsible for the assessment, intervention and monitoring of patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and developing ongoing care plans.
Our client may require the following: prior experience in a TCU setting, AHA BLS.
