We are seeking experienced IT Technicians, qualified candidates would have day to day activities ranging from Network Monitoring, VMWare/Microsoft Server Monitoring, PC/Thin Clint troubleshooting, Application Support, they would also be responsible for Managing Simple and Complex Networks, Managing Network/File Security, Provide Phone, Email, and Onsite Support as well as being able to provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis.

Applicant(s) must have a positive and confident attitude, and consider themselves to be a highly organized, self-starter who can work on multiple projects with a minimum of supervision, must posses a Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or technical certifications for any of the following, but not limited to: MCSE, MCSA, MCP, CCNA, A+, Net+, Security+.

Job Duties/Skills:

  • Significant experience working with Linux and Windows servers and network monitoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with PC hardware setup/configuration, Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, Windows 2003/2008 server, MS Office 2003/2007/2010, MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Backup Exec, MSSQL 2005/2008, VMWare, VPN, RDP, PBX systems, and smartphone technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including: TCP/IP, Vlans, Ethernet, switching, routing and routing protocols, wireless technologies, and DNS.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills and apply them as needed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
  • Provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
  • Take Leadership/Ownership skills
