Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves
developing growth strategies and plans, managing and retaining relationships with existing
clients, and increasing client base. The successful candidate will have strong communication
skills and a deep understanding of marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.

• Write business proposals.
• Negotiate with stakeholders.
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
