Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. As a
Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility,
equipment, and machinery. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the
reliability and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills, a deep
understanding of maintenance best practices, and the ability to develop and implement effective
maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely equipment and facility
maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal
impact on production.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving
opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program to proactively address potential equipment
failures.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment history.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are
a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance best practices and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
