Wealth Management firm that deals with high end clientele will need an Administrative Assistant/ Financial Advisor Assistant in this role that present well, very detail oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize.
7-10+ years of administrative assistant experience that includes clerical responsibilities such as phone management, mail merges, front desk receptionist, printing documents.
Must have great communication skills and be professionally presentable.
Must have good computer skills including working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Products

Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm M-T; F 8:30 am - 4 pm
