The Automation Technician will be responsible for programming various types of robotic and automated systems such as: laser cutters, 6-axis robots, conveyance systems, welding machines, and the paint line. They will be responsible for the optimization of automated machinery through scrap reduction and cycle time improvement.
The Automation Technician will Install, program, and maintain PLC programs, HMIs, VFDs, programmable controllers, robot controllers, robotic path motion, automated production equipment and other equipment as needed.
