Must ensure a timely response to all customers for counter measures
Able to use and program CMM and calibrate measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
Investigate and resolve root cause of all QPR and internal problems with parts
Upkeep of certified and inspection parts list
Development, implementation and tracking of counter measures
Initiate and follow up sorting for internal and external complaints
Track sorting by the customer
Develop procedures, instructions, and audits
