Responsibilities: This is a call center environment where the candidate will be working in a cubical setting, assisting patients when calling in for their specific doctor/NP. They will be helping schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for anybody who is calling in with questions. There is a call “queue” that they are responsible for answering. On down time, they have other administrative tasks to complete. Answering roughly 80-120 calls/day with an average handle time of roughly 4 minutes per call. |
