The Project Manager provides support for implementation of complex SCADA and Energy Management Solution projects serving industries such as Manufacturing, Data Centers and Health Care. This position focuses on customer relations and coordination as well as management of an engineering team. The desired individual will work in a team-oriented environment with critical project deadlines.
Compliance and enforcement of company Health, Safety and Environment polices, and governmental policies and regulations as they apply.
Shop drawings and O&M review and/or preparation per customer and GPT standards.
Review and submission of commissioning documentation.
Creation and submission of Risk Assessments, method statements and work notifications to facilitate project access.
Interface and communicate with vendors, engineering, installation contractors, and senior management.
Reporting for invoicing and scope of work changes.
Responsible for customer satisfaction as a customer advocate.
Manage and build cohesion for engineering team of 2-4 people per project.
Review and approve expense reports for engineering team.
Attend customer meetings onsite and offsite.
Involvement in employee reviews and advancement.
Aware of job costing and budgets.
Quotation of simple project scope changes.
Tracking and reporting of employee overtime.
Travel in local territory based on project schedules.
Scheduling of engineering resource to meet project schedules.
Strong Construction background
Ability to communicate on a technical level and manage multiple vendors
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited 4 year institution.
Demonstrated experience may substitute for education.
5+ years of experience.
Knowledge of networks, communication protocols and strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. (English)

Applicants must pass a 10 year background check, drug screenings and driver history if provide with a company vehicle.
Knowledge of data centers projects / construction processes.
Knowledge of SCADA systems.
Understanding of power systems.
Knowledge of a diverse number of electrical equipment and manufactures, (Paralleling gear, Breakers, UPS's, Meters, PDU's, BCM's etc.)
PMP/PE/CEM/NETA/EIT/OSHA10/OSHA30 certifications or licenses.
Ability to read, understand electrical diagrams.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Ability to travel internationally.
