Allied - RRT - IL job in Naperville, IL
Provide routine and complex respiratory therapy treatment to patients and performs a variety of routine pulmonary function tests according to established procedures in order to provide data used in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease/ailments.
Shift/Hours:
Night Shift: FT, 36-40hrs/wk, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Compensation:
Pay: $31.35 - New Grad | $39.18 - Mid | $47.03 – Max.
Tuition Reimbursement: $4000 annually for Full-time; $2000 annually for Part-time. Eligible after 180 days of employment.
Requirements:
License: CRT/RRT or proof of registry eligible status, IL RCP License within 6 months of start date
Certification: CPR/BLS required, ACLS within 24 months of employment
Experience: 1 year experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be a graduate from national accredited Respiratory Therapy program, as determined by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)

Beds: Edward: 358, Elmhurst: 309
Acuity Info: Edward has a higher acuity. Level 3 NICU and they also transport NICU babies. They also have a PICU and peds ED. The critical areas are also a higher acuity with a CNICU that Elmhurst doesn’t have.
Patient Population: Patients with cardiopulmonary problems. Such patients include those with emphysema, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, cardiac failure, and chest trauma. Infant to adult
RRT to Patient Ratio: 1:1
